Do you remember Pancho Villa on University? (Maybe you didn't know it closed, but it did -- it's going to be a Sprouts soon. Anyway.) Remember the flour tortillas? The ones made by the ladies over a hot comal, where you had to wait in line if you had the misfortune of arriving after church on Sunday afternoon? The tortillas where, when you got home, if you forgot to separate them, they merged into a single tortilla loaf?

These aren't your average supermarket flour tortillas: Most of which use the same Gruma masa that tastes more bitter and less like a pancake. They make the masa themselves. They're the real deal. Sonora-style, from what I understand.

Well good news -- Pancho Villa might be closed, but you can still get those tortillas, because the Boney family owned both Pancho Villa and Windmill Farms, and moved the comal (and the ladies) there. Same price. Less of a line.
